Samantha is reinventing herself. She wants to grow as an actor. She will not confine herself to regular female leads. She is game for different roles – negative, item songs, etc.
Samantha spoke at a panel discussion at IFFI Goa about her role in ‘The Family Man 2’, the web series that premiered early this year on Amazon Prime Video. She played Raji, a negative character.
She said she has decided to take a risk with the roles. The success of ‘The Family Man 2’ has given her confidence. The ‘Oh Baby’ actress is all set to turn item bomb in ‘Pushpa The Rise’. She has also signed two more women-centric films, and one of them will start rolling next month.
Samantha is also looking for her Bollywood debut.
