Samantha won accolades for her negative role in the recently streamed web series ‘The Family Man 2’. During the second wave of COVID-19, she locked herself in her home. She is now working.
Samantha plays Shakuntala, a sage’s daughter. Made lavishly with stunning sets and visual effects, ‘Shaakuntalam’ has Dev Menon as the male lead.
Mani Sharma is composing the music.
Samantha has not announced her next Telugu film yet. She also reportedly turned down some interesting projects as she wants to focus on selective work.
