Samantha is into spiritual things, and meditation and alternative treatments are known to all. She has long been a follower of Isha Foundation’s various programs and regularly attends Sadguru’s ashram.
She had recently taken up the Isha’s three-day silence course. She said it was tough to be away from her phone, have no verbal communication, and be all alone for three days. She mentioned it as a scary experience. Yet, Samantha said she would still try it again.
She took it to Instagram to share her ‘mouna vrata’ (staying silent) experience.
“Three days in silence. No phone. No communication. Just me for company. Somehow, being alone with ourselves has become one of the scariest things. Would I do it again? A million times, yes. Would I recommend you try it? A million times, yes,” she wrote.
