Actor Satyadev has become a bankable star thanks to the recent OTT successes like ‘Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya’. The lockdown and the digital boom have helped his career surge ahead. He has now become an OTT star as the digital streaming companies are evincing more interest to buy his movies and offering a handsome price.
His films have a minimum of Rs 3 crore OTT market. Theatrical and satellite rights are an additional bonus. No wonder then that the actor has now hiked remuneration. He is now demanding more than Rs 1 crore. It is almost double the amount of what he was taking before.
Currently, the talented actor has ‘Thimmarusu’ and ‘Gurthunda Seethakalam’ in the production stage. He is also in talks to sign for three more movies.
Satyadev began his acting career with a small role in Prabhas’s ‘Mr.Perfect’ and then graduated to lead roles in Charmee starrer ‘Jyothilakshmi’. The successes of ‘Brochevarevarura’ and ‘Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya’ have made the filmmakers look towards him for small and concept-oriented subjects.
