Reviving his ambitious film ‘Indian 2’/‘Bharateeyudu 2’, director Shankar moved to Chennai from Hyderabad. He has begun the pre-production work for this film featuring legendary Kamal Haasan in the titular character.
Kamal Haasan went to the USA. He will return to Chennai in the last week of August. The regular shooting of ‘Indian 2’ will commence from the first week of September.
‘Baahubali’ Sathyaraj and senior hero Karthik have also been roped in for the film. Shankar approached them to play the roles that were to be played by Nedumudi Venu and Vivek. As they passed away, Sathyaraj and Karthik will essay those roles. Kajal Aggarwal will join the shoot on September 13th. She is cast opposite Kamal Haasan in the film.
Shankar is finalizing everything for this project. He put aside Ram Charan’s film temporarily. Shankar and Ram Charan’s untitled film (#RC15) will resume its shoot after sometime.
