Director Surender Reddy returns to Hyderabad after completing a scriptwriting session with his team of writers in Coorg. The director of ‘Sai Raa’ will direct Akhil Akkineni in his next film that was announced recently with much fanfare.
Surender Reddy is now finalizing the casting for this film. AK Entertainments and Surender Reddy’s newly floated banner are jointly producing this action thriller.
Buzz is that the director is planning to rope in Rashmika as the main heroine. Rashmika is now riding high on popularity with a series of successes. If the ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ actress agrees to sign, it will be her first pairing with Akhil Akkineni, and it will also bring in the craze to the project.
Touted to be a spy thriller, the untitled film will start rolling in December.
Rashmika Mandanna is currently waiting to join the sets of ‘Pushpa’. She plays Allu Arjun’s love interest in this film.
