Tamannaah: Actresses receive trolling, Male actors get whistles

Tamannaah Bhatia has received criticism and trolling for her daring performance in “Lust Stories 2,” a Netflix anthology web series. This is the second season of the web series that revolves around sex and lust. She had a lengthy kiss scene with her co-star Vijay Varma in one the episode they had acted. In the episode, she also had some steamy scenes.

Tamannaah Bhatia previously appeared in “Jee Karda,” an Amazon Prime web series, where she performed some intimate scenes, including suggestive sex sequences.

So, many people have characterized her as desperate for money and attention. Many names have been used for her.

Tamannaah stated in an interview with a well-known journalist, Barkha, that she was shocked and surprised that many people lack progressive approach and thinking. While society and times have changed, some men’s attitudes have not, she said.

She wondered why people label female actors when they perform intimate sequences but lavish praise on male actors.

Tamannaah’s next film will be ‘Bholaa Shankar,’ in which she will star alongside Chiranjeevi. The film is set to be released in theaters on August 11.
