Telangana High Court grants interim bail to Allu Arjun

Allu Arjun

This is a huge relief for Allu Arjun. In a case pertaining to the Sandhya theater stampede, the Telangana High Court has granted Allu Arjun interim bail.

Earlier in the day, the Nampally court refused to grant bail to the actor, and police made arrangements to shift him to Chanchalaguda jail. The Nampally Court remanded him for 14 days.  But the Telangana High Court, using its jurisdiction, has granted interim bail.

Following the announcement of Allu Arjun’s 14-day jail sentence by the police, social media erupted with condemnatory posts. Despite numerous similar stampede cases in India, no politicians or actors faced arrest. Allu Arjun gained a huge sympathy wave because he was not directly involved in this stampede.
