Pawan Kalyan, the actor turned politician, recently wrapped the shooting of “Hari Hara Veera Mallu,” paving the way for its theatrical release. Now, the team of his other movie, “OG,” a gangster drama, is planning to complete the remaining part of the production.
Today, the team of “OG” has returned to the sets after nearly five months. The shooting resumed with non-lead actors. Although Pawan Kalyan is yet to join the shooting, director Sujeeth returned to the sets to rework the film. The star will join the sets sometime later this month, depending on his political schedules. He reportedly promised the director and producer to wrap the work as quickly as possible.
“OG” is a crime drama largely set in Mumbai. Pawan Kalyan plays a gangster named Ojas Gambheera, short for OG.
Produced by DVV Danayya, the film has Priyanka Mohan playing Pawan Kalyan’s female interest. Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi plays the antagonist. Other stars like Sriya Reddy, Arjun Das, and Prakash Raj play key roles. Thaman is scoring the music.
“OG” wrapped up more than 70 percent of its filming long ago. Pawan Kalyan needs to work on it for another 25 days.
