
Prabhas-starrer “The Raja Saab” continues its steady run at the box office despite receiving largely negative reviews. In response to audience feedback, the makers have reportedly made minor changes to the film, including trimming certain portions and adding a few vintage Prabhas-style sequences.
On Day 2, “The Raja Saab” collected Rs 27.83 crore net in India, adding solid numbers to its overall tally. While the Hindi version is struggling to gain momentum, the Telugu version is showing consistent performance across key centres.
On the first day, the film opened with Rs 54 crore net in India. With the second day’s collections, the two-day total stands at Rs 90.73 crore net, indicating a decent hold despite mixed word of mouth.
In the overseas market, The Raja Saab has nearly touched the $2 million mark in North America, adding further strength to its overall box office figures.
Directed as a horror-comedy, “The Raja Saab” features Sanjay Dutt, Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, and Boman Irani in prominent roles.
