There have been rumors that Trivikram will be taking up a new film with Venkatesh playing the lead role since the proposed Trivikram and Allu Arjun film is getting delayed. Allu Arjun recently announced a film with director Atlee, which will take a lot of time to be completed.
Instead of sitting idle at home waiting for Allu Arjun to wrap Atlee’s film, it would be a wise move if Trivikram completes another film with another star. Hence, there were speculations that Trivikram and Venkatesh might collaborate.
In fact, Trivikram and Venkatesh had collaborated as a writer and actor on films like “Nuvvu Naku Nachav” and “Mallishwari,” which were widely appreciated and successful. Trivikram always wanted to direct a film with Venkatesh.
But sources close to both of them say the project has not been discussed in the recent past. It may not materialise at all.
Trivikram and Allu Arjun’s fourth film
Trivikram and Allu Arjun have collaborated on three films – Julayi, S/O Satyamurthy, and Ala Vaikunthapurramloo – so far, and their fourth film was announced long back. Instead of commencing Trivikram’s movie after the release of “Pushpa 2,” Allu Arjun took up Atlee’s sci-fi drama in order to strengthen his pan-Indian market further.
Hence, Trivikram is left with little choice. His previous film, Guntur Kaaram, was released in January 2024.
