Tuck Jagadish will only release in theatres: Nani

Promising his fans that ‘Tuck Jagadish’ will only release in theatres, Nani today announced the release date of his 25th film, V, which is  set to stream on Amazon Prime. ‘V’ will be released on Prime Video on September 5.

Keeping the COVID-19 situation in mind,  the makers have chosen an OTT release for ‘V’. However, Nani has clarified once again that he has no plans to release his upcoming  ‘Tuck Jagadish’ on OTT platform.

“These 12 years, you came to the theatres for me and it’s time I come home and say thank you! I will be as excited and nervous to hear from you all on the release day. PS: When theatres open, Tuck Jagadish will take over. Promise,” he posted on social media announcing the release date of ‘V’ on Prime Video.

Nani, Sudheer Babu, Nivetha Thomas and Aditi Rao Hydari are the lead actors in ‘V’ that is directed by Indraganti Mohana Krishna and produced by Dil Raju.
Nani’s first film, ‘Ashta Chemma’ was also released on September 5 and ‘V’ is his first ever direct OTT release.

‘Tuck Jagadish’ is directed by Shiva Nirvana and it stars Ritu Varma and Aishwarya Rajesh as heroines. The film is expected to hit the screens early 2021.
