Ustaad Bhagat Singh: Plan locked for everything

Director Harish Shankar recently confirmed that the first single from “Ustaad Bhagat Singh,” starring Pawan Kalyan as a tough cop, will be released in December, officially kick-starting the film’s promotions. Now, the producers have also firmed up the film’s release strategy.

“Ustaad Bhagat Singh” is set to hit theaters in April 2026, positioned as a major summer attraction. The team plans to begin promotions nearly four months in advance. The first single, composed by Devi Sri Prasad, is expected to be a feast for Pawan Kalyan’s fans and may recreate the same frenzy that the “Gabbar Singh” title track generated over a decade ago. The Pawan–DSP–Harish Shankar combination previously delivered a blockbuster both commercially and musically.

Following the release of “Ustaad Bhagat Singh,” Pawan Kalyan is likely to take a year-long break from movies, strategizing his next releases ahead of the 2028/29 elections.

With “OG” emerging as the highest-grossing film of Pawan Kalyan’s career, expectations are sky-high for “Ustaad Bhagat Singh.” The film features Raashi Khanna and Sreeleela as the heroines and is produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
