The team of “Ustaad Bhagat Singh” is planning early morning shows in Telangana as well. The film has already received permission to screen 4AM or 5AM shows in Andhra Pradesh, with the state government issuing a special G.O. allowing the benefit shows on the release day, March 19.
There has been a similar demand from fans in Telangana. Responding to this, distributor Y. Ravi Shankar (popularly known as Mythri Sasi) revealed that the team has already submitted a request to the Telangana government. Speaking at the film’s pre-release event, he said that they are waiting for the government’s approval to organize 4AM shows in the state as well.
Initially, the makers considered holding premiere shows on the night before release, similar to what they did for “OG.” However, with paid previews of “Dhurandhar 2” scheduled across India on March 18, the team reportedly decided to go with early morning benefit shows instead.
Directed by Harish Shankar, “Ustaad Bhagat Singh” stars Pawan Kalyan, Raashii Khanna, and Sreeleela in key roles. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film is set for a worldwide theatrical release on March 19.
