The Enforcement Directorate (ED) questioned actor Vijay Deverakonda for nearly 10 hours on Wednesday. Vijay Deverakonda told the media after leaving the ED office that he answered the officials’ questions.
“When I was summoned, I did my duty. I replied to the questions,” he stated. He also mentioned that these are the side effects of being popular.
When asked if the officials had asked him to appear again, he stated that he had not been informed.
Previously, ED questioned Puri Jagannadh and Charmee after a congress leader filed a complaint alleging that politicians diverted their black money into the production of “Liger” in a questionable manner.
According to political analysts, the BJP, which has allegedly been using central agencies against rival parties, is attempting to corner the TRS government and those close to TRS leaders through any means possible. This is seen as part of the political brawl between the TRS and the BJP.
