It is already known that versatile Tamil star Vijay Sethupathi will be teaming up with director Puri Jagannadh for an upcoming film. The project, which also features Tabu in a prominent role, was officially announced recently.
While in Hyderabad to promote his upcoming Tamil film “Ace,” Vijay Sethupathi addressed the viral title poster circulating online. “That Beggar title and poster are not related to Puri Jagannadh sir’s film. It was AI-generated by some fans. It’s not the real title or official poster,” he clarified.
Speaking further about the project, he expressed his excitement about working with the celebrated filmmaker.
“I loved the way Puri Jagannadh sir narrated the script. I had initially planned to listen to it over two days, but I was so captivated that I ended up hearing the entire story in a single sitting,” he shared. The film’s shoot is set to begin soon, with Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur jointly producing the venture.
