Vishal is the latest Kollywood star to have shifted his base to Hyderabad to complete the shooting of his movie as the Telangana government is allowing shootings without any objections. He has begun shooting for his 31st movie.

All commercial activities including film shootings from 6 AM to 5 PM are permitted in Telangana.
A debutant Thu Pa Saravanan is directing the film, while Dimple Hayashi, who is playing opposite Ravi Teja in ‘Khiladi’, is the female lead. Yuvan Shankar Raja provides the music.
Vishal is hoping to complete the movie by end of July.
