“Cult” stars Vishwak Sen in the lead role and also sees him in the director’s chair. Vishwaksen claims this is India’s first true slasher film. The teaser of his third directorial venture backs that bold statement with a red band cut that is bloody and unapologetically brutal.

The plot centers on a group of friends who head to Goa hoping for an unforgettable vacation. Their excitement takes a hit when they are denied entry to a pub for being stags. Just as the night seems lost, they gain access to an exclusive party through special Cult Passes. What begins as an exhilarating experience soon spirals into terror when the host unveils a lethal game where survival is the only objective.
The ensemble cast includes Gayatri Bharadwaj, Tarak Ponnappa, Murali Sharma, Srikanth Iyengar, and others. Dialogues are written by Tharun Bhascker, while the music is composed by Ravi Basrur.
