Ravi Teja was approached to play the guest role in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ‘Waltair Veerayya’ being directed by Bobby. Ravi Teja has shown interest and gave his initial agreement.
But the latest reports say the makers of ‘Waltair Veerayya’ are in dilemma. After the debacle of ‘Acharya’, the producers are planning to cut down spending on the production of this movie. Ravi Teja is known for being stubborn about the paycheck. He demands big money.
The makers thought of giving him Rs 8 to 9 crore for the guest role. But now, they are asking him to cut down the remuneration to keep the budget in control. Will Ravi Teja do it for the megastar? The star will generally agree to such a proposal. He has been on a signing spree for the sole reason of amassing as much money as he can before his stardom fades out.
As things stand today, Ravi Teja has neither rejected the film nor officially signed on it.
