Billed as Telugu cinema’s first-ever zombie thriller, director Prashanth Varma’s ‘Zombie Reddy’ has locked its release date. The film that was to release for Sankranthi 2021 has now been postponed to February 5th.
The film has Teja Sajja, who played Samantha’s teenage grandson in ‘Oh Baby’, as its lead hero. Anandi is playing the female lead. The film’s trailer gave the impression that the director has mixed faction drama elements with zombie genre traits.
Prashanth Varma’s previous directorial efforts are ‘Awe’ and ‘Kalki’.
