బాలీవుడ్ నిర్మాత బోని కపూర్ ఇటీవల తమిళ సినిమా రంగంలో ఎక్కువగా సినిమాలు నిర్మిస్తున్నారు. ఆయన అజిత్ తో వరుసగా రెండు చిత్రాలు తీశారు. రెండో చిత్రమే… ఇటీవల వచ్చిన ‘వలిమై’. ఈ సినిమాని తెలుగులో కూడా డబ్ చేశారు. కానీ సినిమా తుస్సుమంది. తెలుగులో ఘోరంగా పరాజయం పాలైంది.
బోని కపూర్ ఇంతకుముందు తెలుగులో ‘వకీల్ సాబ్’కి సహా నిర్మాతగా వ్యవహరించారు. కానీ పూర్తి నిర్మాతగా ఆయన తెలుగు ప్రేక్షకులకు అందించిన మూవీ ‘వలిమై’. అలా మొదటి మూవీనే తెలుగులో బ్యాడ్ రిజల్ట్ తెచ్చుకొంది.
పోనీ తమిళంలో కూడా ఏమైనా గొప్ప రిజల్టు వచ్చిందా అంటే అక్కడ కూడా గొప్పగా లేదు. యావరేజ్ ఫలితమే. మొత్తానికి దీన్ని పాన్ ఇండియా సినిమాగా మలిచి భారీ హిట్ కొడదామని ప్రణాళికలు వేస్తే… బోణి మరీ పూర్ అయిపొయింది.
