Prabhas’s ‘Adipurush’ teaser is out. The teaser introduces Lord Rama in his meditation mood. Then comes the voice of Prabhas declaring the war cry. He announced that he is arriving to destroy the ten-headed injustice with his two-footed justice.
His dialogue goes: “Bhoomi Kunginaa Ningi Cheelina Nyayam Chethullone Anyayaniki Sarva Nashanam. Vasthunnaa Nyayam Rendu Padalathoti Nee Padi Talala Anyayanni Anichiveyyadaniki…Aagamanam Adharma Vidhvansham..”
The teaser makes it clear that the film is made with motion capture technology with part live action. Prabhas as Lord Rama, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, and Saif Ali Khan as ten-headed Ravana will be seen live, the rest of the roles are animated characters.
The film is made along the lines of Hollywood superhero movies. Director Om Raut is telling Ramayana with a modern approach. Om Raut shot to fame with his Bollywood movie, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior.
Adipurush is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar of T-series, Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles. The movie is slated to be released in theatres on January 12, 2023, in IMAX and 3D.
