Anaganaga Oka Raju’s Sankranthi promo unveiled

The makers of “Anaganaga Oka Raju” have released a new promo announcing the film’s release date. Starring Naveen Polishetty and Meenakshi Chaudhary, the film is set to hit theaters on 14th January 2026.

The teaser opens with a hilarious spoof of a jewelry advertisement. Meenakshi Chaudhary, being a film star, assumes it is another jewelry promo and begins talking about 24-carat pure gold. Naveen Polishetty then steals all her jewelry and makes her reveal their movie’s release date.

Interestingly, Meenakshi Chaudhary scored the biggest hit of her career with “Sankranthiki Vasthunam,” which was released on 14th January 2025. Exactly a year later, she returns with “Anaganaga Oka Raju.”

Naveen Polishetty has not had a release since “Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty,” which hit theaters in September 2023. His upcoming film faced multiple delays due to excessive I,nterference, changes in casting and storyline, as well as injuries that kept him away from work for nearly six months. After a long gap, he is finally set to return with “Anaganaga Oka Raju” in January 2026.
