Rashmika Mandanna juggles two major film promotions

There’s a lot happening in Rashmika Mandanna’s life right now, both professionally and personally. While she and Vijay Deverakonda are yet to make an official announcement, buzz in film circles suggests that the couple got engaged in a private ceremony in Hyderabad earlier this month.

Back on the work front, Rashmika has plunged into promotions for her upcoming releases.

For Diwali, her Hindi film “Thamma” is set to hit theatres. This horror comedy, produced by the highly successful Maddock Films, features Rashmika in a quirky role as a vampire. She has been actively touring across cities, attending events and interacting with audiences to build strong pre-release momentum.

Up next, she will shift her attention to her Telugu film “The Girlfriend,” scheduled for release in the first week of November. Although the film currently lacks buzz, Rashmika is expected to step in and drive its publicity after “Thamma” hits the screens.

With two Hindi releases and a Telugu film already out earlier this year, “The Girlfriend” is likely to be Rashmika’s final release of 2025.
