Pooja Bedi recalls NTR’s gracious attitude

Pooja Bedi, once among Bollywood’s most popular and glamorous leading ladies, was widely regarded as one of the sexiest actresses of the 1990s. The 55-year-old actress is now back in Hyderabad to promote her upcoming Telugu film, Barabar Premistha.

During the promotions, Pooja fondly reminisced about her first Telugu outing, Shakti, in which NTR played the male lead while she appeared in a negative role.

Recalling her experience on the sets, she spoke highly of NTR’s courteous and respectful nature.
Pooja revealed that there was a sequence in “Shakti” where NTR was required to physically confront her character. However, the actor reportedly refused to perform the scene, stating that he would not fight a woman.

“In Shakti, there was a situation where Jr NTR had to fight with me, but he said he will not fight with a woman. He is very sweet, very graceful, and a very respectful person,” she said.

Pooja Bedi’s remarks have once again highlighted NTR’s gracious attitude and professionalism.
