Dhurandhar 2 crosses Rs 1700 Cr worldwide
Bollywood film Dhurandhar 2 has completed 25 days of its theatrical run. Released on March 19, the film slowed down last week, but managed to add an impressive amount over the weekend, taking its total worldwide gross to Rs 1,712 crore.
This makes it the fourth Indian film ever to cross the Rs 1700 crore mark globally.
In North America, the film has grossed about $27.5 million. With a worldwide total of over Rs 1710 crore in 25 days, the film is now eyeing the record held by Pushpa 2. It needs around Rs 30 crore more to surpass that milestone.
Starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role, “Dhurandhar 2” is directed by Aditya Dhar. Together, both parts of the “Dhurandhar” franchise have grossed nearly Rs 3000 crore worldwide, making it one of the highest-grossing Indian film franchises.
