Day 1: Sarkaru Vaari Paata posts terrific numbers

Mahesh Babu starrer ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ recorded massive numbers in all areas on the first day. In the Nizam region (Telangana state), the film collected about Rs 12 Cr share (including GST), which is second-highest in the region after Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’.

The Andhra and Ceded regions have contributed a Rs 22 Crore (including hires and GST) share. The collection on Day 1 (Premiere + Thursday) in the USA collection is pegged at $ 1.2 million to $1.3 million (Rs 9.27 Cr gross). 

Despite getting mixed reviews, the commercial entertainer opened on a strong note in all regions from the Telugu states to the USA. Overall, ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ posted terrific numbers on the first day. 

Directed by Parasuram, ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ has Mahesh Babu and Keerthy Suresh as the lead pair.
