Day 6: Dhurandhar 2 goes past 16 million mark in North America

Ranveer Singh starrer “Dhurandhar: The Revenge” (Dhurandhar 2) is witnessing a massive run in North America. In just six days, the film has crossed the $16 million mark, setting a strong pace at the box office.

What makes this achievement more notable is that Telugu blockbusters like “Pushpa 2” and “RRR” did not reach this figure in their full lifetime runs in the region, despite benefiting from higher ticket prices.

In contrast, this Bollywood biggie has achieved the milestone with regular ticket pricing, averaging around $10 to $12. A significant contribution has come from Canada, where the film is performing exceptionally well.

By the end of Tuesday, “Dhurandhar: The Revenge” is expected to surpass the lifetime North America gross of Shah Rukh Khan’s “Pathaan” and Prabhas starrer “Kalki 2898 AD” in the next couple of days.

The film’s consistent momentum indicates that it could emerge as one of the highest-grossing Indian films in North America.
