‘Akhanda’ has become the biggest grosser in Nandamuri Balakrishna’s career. The film is still running in some centers. Barring ‘Bangarraju’, there are no big films in the fray for this Sankranthi festival. So, ‘Akhanda’ has a chance to add more revenue to its account.

The makers of ‘Akhanda’ today unveiled a ‘Sankranthi sambaralu’ campaign. Balakrishna spoke at length about the film’s success and the response he has received.
Director Boyapati announced that Balayya and he would team up shortly once again. ‘Akhanda’ was their third collaboration.
‘Akhanda’ starred Balakrishna and Pragya Jaiswal as the leading pair. Miryala Ravinder Reddy is the producer.
