Nearly three months after the theatrical release of “Pushpa 2,” the team met the press. Allu Arjun, Sukumar, and other members of the film were present at Saturday’s “Thank You” meet.
Due to controversies and cases related to the stampede that took place at the premiere of “Pushpa 2: The Rule” on December 4th, the team could not celebrate the film’s success until now. Allu Arjun did even spend a day in jail before he granted bail in the case of the stampede.
Due to this, Allu Arjun avoided attending public functions and press meets. Even at this ‘Thank You’ meet, he seemed uncomfortable and uneasy. He avoided questions about the case.
Expressing his heartfelt gratitude to his fans, Allu Arjun said he would continue to make them proud with every step forward. He also declared he is director Sukumar’s biggest fan.
The entire event had a subdued atmosphere.
Director Sukumar did not have his natural flair. He and his producers also recently faced IT raids. The entire team of “Pushpa 2” faced many problems after the release, despite the film becoming a massive money spinner.
