Allu Arjun has firmly entered the top league of Indian superstars, commanding one of the highest paychecks in the industry today. Reports suggest he is now earning more than stars like Prabhas, Shah Rukh Khan, Rajinikanth, and Vijay.
For his upcoming film “Raaka,” Allu Arjun has reportedly secured a remuneration of ₹170 crore, along with a stake in the film’s overall business. With this deal structure, his total earnings from the project are expected to exceed ₹300 crore. Previously, he earned over ₹275 crore for Pushpa 2: The Rule.
The actor is also expanding his film lineup, having signed a project with director Lokesh Kanagaraj, which will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
With such massive earnings, Allu Arjun is now focusing on long-term investments, particularly in real estate. He is currently building a lavish mansion in Jubilee Hills, spread across an acre of land, where he plans to move after completion.
In addition, he is reportedly planning to purchase a luxury apartment in Mumbai, with an estimated investment of around ₹50 crore, signaling a possible permanent base in the city.
His property portfolio already includes a villa in Dubai, purchased two years ago. He is also said to be investing in land parcels outside the Outer Ring Road area, further strengthening his real estate footprint.
