AMB Cinemas is set to raise the bar for theatrical exhibition once again with the launch of an IMAX screen at its upcoming multiplex, AMB Classic Victory, in Hyderabad.
The premium multiplex brand, a collaboration between Mahesh Babu and the Asian Group led by Suniel Narang and Bharat Narang, has earned a reputation for introducing cutting-edge cinema technologies. Over the years, it has brought several industry-first experiences to audiences, including South India’s first Dolby Cinema and one of Hyderabad’s earliest HDR by Barco screens.
Taking that legacy forward, the Asian Group has now joined hands with Mahesh Babu, Venkatesh Daggubati, and Rana Daggubati to introduce the only IMAX screen in the Telugu-speaking states at AMB Classic Victory.
The new multiplex is coming up on the iconic site of Sudarshan 70MM Theatre, a landmark venue that has witnessed some of Telugu cinema’s biggest celebrations and memorable theatrical moments. The project aims to blend the rich heritage of the location with the latest advancements in movie exhibition technology.
AMB Classic Victory is expected to open soon, offering Hyderabad moviegoers a premium cinematic destination highlighted by the region’s only IMAX experience.
