Released in 2005, “Chandramukhi,” starring Rajinikanth and Jyothika, was a box office success. The film’s sequel is now getting released. The trailer is now available.
Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut stepped in for Rajinikanth and Jyothika. Kangana Ranaut, a national award-winning actress, will play Chandramukhi in this sequel, which takes place 17 years after the events of the first film.
The trailer for “Chandramukhi 2” follows the theme and style of the first installment, and the story, like the original, is set in a palace. Vadivelu reprises his comic role.
Radhika Sharathkumar, Rao Ramesh, Laxmi Menon, and Mahima Nambiar also play important roles in this film.
The latest version of “Chandramukhi” was produced by Subaskaran of Lyca Productions and features music by Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani.
