Vishnu Manchu’s dream project, Kannappa, got postponed multiple times. Finally, the makers announced a new release date.
Mohan Babu, Vishnu Manchu, Prabhu Deva, and executive producer Vinay Maheshwari met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and took his blessings. He unveiled a release date poster for Kannappa that stated that the movie arrives in theaters on June 27th.
Produced by Dr. Mohan Babu, “Kannappa” is a devotional actioner. Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, it also boasts big names such as Mohanlal, Prabhas, and Akshay Kumar in key roles. They have agreed to act in this movie due to Vishnu’s commitment to bring the tale of Lord Shiva’s devotee to the screen with the latest technologies.

“Kannappa” will be released in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi, on June 27, 2025.
