Devara breaks even in 10 days in Telugu states
NTR’s “Devara” completed its 10-day run on a successful note. Despite mixed talk, the film made it this far and recovered all of its money. Now, it is on its way to become a super success, with the Dasara holiday period just beginning.
The film made a substantial amount during its second weekend, particularly on the second Sunday. Thus, “Devara” in its 10 days achieved the break-even status in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. All distributors have recovered their investment. Now, they can expect to see some profits in the coming days.
The film in the USA grossed nearly 5.8 million (Rs 48.1 crore) in ten days and is on track to cross $6 million shortly. It is a huge hit in North America.
The Hindi version collected Rs 53 Cr nett in the Indian market so far. Overall, “Devara,” with its mixed talk, is finally on its way to becoming a successful venture.
