The bilingual film ‘Sir’ (Vaathi in Tamil) starring Dhanush has been postponed from December 2nd. The makers have announced a new release date. The film will be released worldwide simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil on Feb 17, 2023.
The makers are aiming for the Maha Sivaratri festival season.
Sir/Vaathi has finished filming. The post-production formalities are moving along quickly.
‘Sir’ is being produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments and Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas. Venky Atluri is directing this drama about the educational system. The female lead is played by Samyuktha Menon.
The music is directed by GV Prakash.
