Director Harish Shankar has attempted to prevent further controversies with Puri Jagannadh. Puri Jagannadh was upset with director Harish Shankar and hero Ravi Teja’s attitude when they unexpectedly announced the release date of “Mr Bachchan” as August 15. Thus, they are putting their film in direct competition with Puri Jagannadh’s “Double iSmart”.
When asked about the confrontation with Puri Jagannadh, filmmaker Harish Shankar attempted to defuse the matter by stating that he is in no way comparable to the great director Puri Jagannadh.
“He is in a different league. I’m not in his league. The release date was chosen for unavoidable reasons,” he explained.
Harish Shankar also let producer TG Vishwa Prasad comment on the topic. As a result, Harish has attempted to keep the matter under control.
