The secret has been revealed. The main plot of “Hi Nanna” has been disclosed in the trailer. The story revolves around a young father and his past.
The trailer begins with Nani, who plays Viraj, telling a story to his daughter Mahi. When his daughter requests that he tell her mother’s story, he obliges and his daughter imagines her new friend Yashna (Mrunal) as her mother.
Shruti Haasan, on the other hand, was eventually revealed to be Viraj’s wife and Mahi’s mother. Why did his wife abandon him and their child? That we must know it on the big screen.
While the father-daughter relationship is central to the plot, there are two romantic threads – real and imagined. Shouryv, the new filmmaker, ticked all the boxes essentials for a family drama.
Mrunal Thakur is the main heroine, and Shruti Haasan appears in an extended guest role.
The film, produced by Mohan Cherukuri (CVM) and Dr Vijender Reddy Teegala, is set to be released on December 7, 2023.
