After scoring a decent success with Nari Nari Naduma Murari, Sharwanand is gearing up for his next release, Biker. The sports drama, which was earlier planned for a December release but later put on hold, has now locked a new release date.
The makers have officially announced that Biker will hit theatres on April 3, making it one of the first Telugu films to arrive during the summer holiday season.
Directed by Abhilash Kankara and produced by UV Creations, “Biker” features Sharwanand in the role of a professional motorcycle racer. The actor has undergone a striking physical transformation for the film, sporting a lean and athletic look that suits the sport-centric narrative. Months of rigorous training, disciplined workouts, and a strict diet have gone into shaping his on-screen persona.
Malvika Nair plays the female lead opposite Sharwanand, while Brahmaji and Atul Kulkarni will be seen in key supporting roles. The film has music composed by Ghibran.
Touted to be an emotional sports drama with elements of thrill and nostalgia, “Biker” is expected to appeal to both youth and family audiences during the summer season.
