The Sekhar Kammula-directed romantic story starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi as the lead pair is originally scheduled for a release on April 16. It has now been postponed due to the pandemic.
The makers of ‘Love Story on Thursday announced that the film will not release on April 16 due to the surge in COVID-19 cases in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. A new release date will be announced shortly.
Several upcoming movies will also reschedule their dates due to uncertainty. There is a talk that Telangana and Andhra Pradesh governments are planning to impose a 50 % cap on occupancy in movie theaters shortly.
