That the ‘KGF 2’, which is scheduled to hit the screens on July 16, got postponed is not news. Like all films, ‘KGF 2’ is also hit by the second wave of coronavirus pandemic and lockdown.
Starring Yash, ‘KGF 2’ completed all its shooting formalities and is in the stage of post-production. The makers are now mulling over the new release date. Bollywood biggies like Akshay Kumar’s ‘Bell Bottom’ are hitting the screens in the last week of July.
If the audiences come to watch to theaters for Akshay Kumar’s movie, then biggies like ‘KGF 2’ will also follow. So, the makers are listing out various possible dates.
‘KGF 2’ is one of the much-awaited pan-Indian movies this year. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the film is a sequel to ‘KGF’ which set the box office on fire in all the states.
The film will be released in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam languages simultaneously. So, the makers are waiting for the theaters to reopen nationwide.
