20 Indian soldiers including colonel B Santosh who is from Suryapet in Telangana lost their lives in the India-China face-off on Monday night in the Galwan Valley in Ladakh. This is the first violent face-off between India and China in this region in the last 45 years.

Telugu cinema celebrities paid their respects to the martyrs. Superstar Mahesh Babu offered condolences to the army personnel and saluted their bravery and patriotism.
