After receiving critical acclaim for her role as Sita in “Sita Ramam,” Mrunal Thakur has decided to focus her acting career in South Indian films. She now calls Hyderabad her new home.
Mrunal Thakur, a Mumbai based actress, has appeared in a number of Bollywood films, but it was her performance in “Sita Ramam” that brought her to wider attention.
She has just started filming #Nani30, her second Telugu film. In the movie, she starred alongside Nani.
Mrunal has recently posted on Instagram that she has signed with southern talent agency Benchmark Talents in preparation for a number of high-profile projects in the Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam film industries.
Reports have her being considered for a role in one of Suriya’s upcoming films. She appears to be landing some major projects in the South Indian film industry.
