Nani enjoys immense popularity in North America. Irrespective of genre and director, Nani commands strong openings in the USA, and his films routinely gross $1 million.
He has once again done the same with his latest film, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram. The film has crossed the $1 million mark on its second day. This is his 10th film to achieve the $1 million mark.
The highest grossing Nani’s movie in North America is “Dasara,” which collected $2.05 million.
After Mahesh Babu (12 movies that grossed more than $1 million), Nani is the only Telugu star to have more than ten $1 movies.
Trade pundits expect the film to reach $1.4k by the end of its first weekend. Vivek Athreya is the director of “Saripodhaa Sanivaaram”. It also starred Priyanka Mohan and SJ Surya.
