A team of Narcotics Control Bureau raided Rhea Chakraborty’s residence on Friday morning. Another team raided the house of Samuel Miranda, Sushant Singh Rajput’s assistant.
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) recently arrested two drug peddlers in Mumbai and Rhea’s brother Showik Chakraborty reportedly had links to them.
The drugs link is being investigated in the death case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
The searches are underway.
CBI has been probing the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput and during their investigation, the WhatsApp chats revealed that Rhea had mentioned drugs. So, CBI involved NCB in this case.
Mumbai Police, Enforcement Directorate, CBI, and NCB all have been involved in the investigation of the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput, who found dead in his residence in Mumbai on June 14.

Rhea Chakraborty is Sushant’s girlfriend and she lived with him until a week before his death. Sushant’s father accused Rhea of financial fraud and the abetment of suicide. Rhea in an India Today interview admitted that Sushant had a habit of consuming drugs.
Rhea Chakraborty in her recent statements has denied consuming any drugs. The actress began her acting career in Telugu in MS Raju’s film, ‘Tuneega Tuneega’ but she later switched to Bollywood.
