Actor Naresh is the current president of the ‘Movie Artists Association’ (MAA), the body that represents the actors working in Telugu films. The elections for MAA are going to be held in September. Prakash Raj, Manchu Vishnu, Jeeevitha, and Hema had declared that they are running for the president’s post this time.
The other day, actor Naga Babu criticized that the current body of MAA didn’t do good. MAA lost its glory in the last four years, Naga Babu commented.
Reacting to his criticism, Naresh said Naga Babu’s words pained him. Naresh also listed out the welfare activities that had done during his tenure. MAA has 900 plus members, and he said they had conducted a survey of each member’s financial status and helped the poor actors.
