No releases possible in May either!

Love Story and Tuck Jagadish

With the hope that corona cases will go down next month, some of the filmmakers are making efforts to release their movies in May. But the doctors and health officials observe that the second wave of corona will continue to show its impact for another two months.

Films like Sekhar Kammula’s ‘Love Story’ and Nani’s ‘Tuck Jagadish’ will have to wait for a longer time for theatrical release. Both the films were to release this month but were postponed. The makers of ‘Love Story’ recently gave hints that they are planning a May 13th release. At this point, it seems impossible.

The Andhra Pradesh government has already imposed a 50% of occupancy rule until cases go down. The Telangana government will announce the same shortly. ‘Love Story’ and ‘Tuck Jagadish’ may afford 50% occupancy if audiences are willing to come to the theaters as they did in the first three months of this year.
