Official: Sarkaru Vaari Paata postponed to April 1st

Putting an end to all the speculations, the makers of ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ have given clarity on the film’s postponement. Yes, Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ will not be competing with other Sankranthi 2022 releases. The film, which was scheduled to hit the screens on Jan 13, has now chosen a new date.

‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ has locked April 1, 2022, as its new release date. The production house Mythri Movie Makers announced the date. The decision was taken to avoid unnecessary competition with Rajamouli’s epic drama, RRR. Mahesh Babu will star in Rajamouli’s next film.

Directed by Parasuram, the film sees Mahesh Babu playing a bank officer. Set against the backdrop of the financial sector, ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ recently wrapped its long foreign schedule. Two songs and some key scenes were filmed in Spain. Keerthy Suresh also participated in the shoot alongside Mahesh Babu.
