Amid ongoing speculation about a possible delay, fresh developments suggest that “Peddi” is very much on schedule for its planned release.
Rumors have been doing the rounds that the film might be postponed again due to pending production work, including a special song and around ten days of shooting. Questions were raised about whether director Buchi Babu Sana could wrap up the remaining portions in time.
However, the team is said to be working round the clock to meet the April 30, 2026 deadline.
Adding credibility to this, overseas distributor Prathyangira Cinemas has confirmed that advance bookings for the April 29 premiere shows in the USA will open soon. This move strongly indicates that the release plans remain intact.
Starring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, the sports action drama features music by A. R. Rahman. With two songs already released and post-production progressing simultaneously, the makers appear confident of staying on track.
“Peddi” will also have a promotion content release on March 27, Ram Charan’s birthday.
