After delivering the highly-appreciated super hit movie “Sita Ramam,” director Hanu Raghavapudi got a call from Prabhas, and their combination has been set. A film in their first ever collaboration was launched today in Hyderabad.
The yet-to-be titled film is currently being referred to as #PrabhasHanu, and the formal launch ceremony took place with Prabhas attending it. ‘Salaar’ director Prashanth Neel also attended the event.
A social media star and dancer, Imanvi, is making her debut as a heroine.
Imanvi plays opposite Prabhas in the film. She also attended the event. The shooting will commence soon, Mythtir Movie Makers announced. The production house is bankrolling the film.
The production house wrote, “The DAWN of an Epic Saga Of War, Justice and Beyond. #PrabhasHanu begins with an auspicious pooja ceremony. Shoot commences soon.”
Bollywood veteran actor Mithu Chakraborty and veteran Telugu actress Jayaprada play key roles. Vishal Chandrashekhar of ‘Sita Ramam’ fame will compose the music. Sudeep Chatterjee of ‘Gangubai’ fame will crank the camera.
